Fabienne Winckel
Fabienne Winckel was born on December 14th 1975 in Nijvel (Belgium). She is a member of the Belgian Chamber of Representatives for the French-speaking Socialist Party (PS).
Political Career[edit]
She is a former senator, having served from 2010 to 2014 for the PS. Since the local elections on October 2012, she has been an alderman in Zinnik. After the national elections in 2014, she won a seat in the Belgian Chamber of Representatives for the French-speaking socialists (PS).
Education[edit]
She is a certificated teacher in French and history. She also holds a Master’s degree.
