Agostinho Santa
Agostinho Gonçalves Alves da Santa was born on January 5th, 1957. He also works as an Inspector of the General Inspectorate of Education and Science.
Political Career[edit]
Besides being a member of the Municipal Assembly of Peso da Régua, Agostinho Santa is also a member of the Assembly of the Inter municipal Community of Douro. This is his first mandate as a deputy at the National Parliament for the Socialist Party, since he started his activity on the 12th legislature (since 2011-06-20). He holds a position on several parliamentary committees (Education, Science and Culture; Ethics, Citizenship and Communication, Inquiry to the Acquisition of Military Equipments Program andTeaching programmes in Elementary and Secondary School).
