Michel Becot
Michel Becot was born on the 10 October 1939, he is a member of the Senate of France, representing the Deux-Sèvres department. He is a member of the Union for a Popular Movement.
Political Career[edit]
Michel Becot is a member of the French Section of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Francophonie (APF), Vice-President of the Regional Council of Poitou-Charentes and Mayor of Moncoutant. He is also President of the Community of Municipalities Moncoutantais "Terre de Sevre", Secretary of the Special Commission on the fight against the prostitution system. Michel Becot is member of the Higher Committee of the sites, viewpoints and landscapes; a member of the Commission for the mutual Credit maritime; and a member of the National Tourism Council. He is also the President of ODIT (Observation, Tourism Development and Engineering) France.
