Antonio Marotta (December 15th, 1947) is an Italian politician and lawyer.

Education

He obtained a degree in Law in 1971, from the University of Salerno.

Political career

He was part of the Justice Commission under the Berlusconi's government from 2001 to 2006. Then was re-elected in 2013, gaining a seat in the same Commission and taking part in the Jurisdictional Council and in the Parliamentary Committee for Prosecutional Proceeds.

Notable works

As a penal lawyer, he was a member of the Lawyer Order Council of Salerno. He was appointed to the Penal Chamber of Salerno as treasurer and then as vice-president. He was one of the founders of the Italian Unione of Penal Chambers.
