Andrzej Romanek born 1 November 1967 in Grybów. He is a Polish politician.

Political career[edit]

Andrzej Romanek was a chief of Cabinet of the Minister of Justice. He was a councillor of the Malopolska District in the local Parliament, Vice Chairman of the Budget Committee, the Property and Finance and a member of the Committee on Regional Development, Promotion and International Cooperation. In addition, on the Board of the Malopolska Region he held the position of Deputy Marshal. In 2010 he was again elected to local Parliament.

In 2011 he was elected to the Polish Parliament as a member of Prawo i Sprawiedliwość. Due to internal conflict in this party he left Prawo i Sprawiedliwość and took a part in creating a new party with other ex-members of PiS. Now he is in Solidarna Polska (United Poland). In United Poland he is now the secretary of the management.

Education[edit]

Andrzej Romanek graduated from Jagiellonian University, Faculty of Philosophy, Pedagogy - Master (1993) and Jagiellonian University, Faculty of Law and Administration, Law - Master (1997). He is qualified to work as a Legal Counsel.
