Ybeltje Berckmoes-Duindam is a member of the Dutch House of Representatives for the People's Party for Freedom and Democracy (VVD). She was born in Leiden on February 11th 1967.

Political Career

Ybeltje Berckmoes-Duindam has been a member of the VVD since 2005. She was a member of the city council for VVD of the Den Helder municipality from 2006 until 2011. Furthermore, Berckmoes-Duindam was a member of the supervisory board of De Helderse Vallei since 2009. She has been a member of the Dutch House of Representatives for the VVD since 2011,. Ybeltje Berckmoes-Duindam focuses on policy related to military personnel.

Education

Ybeltje Berckmoes-Duindam has a degree in History, and a PhD in European Studies from the University of Amsterdam.
