Ferrán Bel Accensi
Ferrán Bel Accensi is a Spanish politician and member of the Convergencia Democratica de Catalunya, a party with a Catalan nationalist ideology that runs for elections in coalition with Unió Democràtica de Catalunya. Ferrán Bel Accensi was born in Tortosa (Tarragona) on June 1st, 1965.
Political Career[edit]
Ferrán Bel Accensi is currently serving as a Senator at the Senate of Spain. He started his political career in local politics. From 2003 to 2007 he was the Spokesman of CIU at Tortosa city council. In 2007 he was elected city mayor, and was re-elected for that position in 2011.
Education[edit]
Ferrán Bel Accensi graduated in Business Management at the University of Barcelona. He has also served as an economist at the Catalonian School of Economists.
