Michael Berkeley of Knighton, Lord
Michael Berkeley Lord of Knighton was born in 1948. He is a British composer and a Life peer since 2013.
Political career[edit]
He was appointed Commander of the Order of the British Empire (CBE) in the 2012 Birthday Honours for services to music. In 2013 he was created Baron Berkeley of Knighton, in the County of Powys.
Education[edit]
He studied composition, singing and piano at the Royal Academy of Music.
