Bishop of Bristol

Michael Arthur Hill was born on the 17th April 1949 and is an English Anglican Bishop. He is the current Bishop of Bristol.

Political Career[edit]

Hill joined the House of Lords in June 2009. His is the parliamentary spokesperson for criminal justice, health and social care/ medical ethics. He is an Overseas Partner Diocese in the Anglican Communion of Uganda. In December, 2012 he became Chair of the Wycliffe Hall Council.

Education[edit]

Hill was educated at Wilmslow County Grammar School, Fitzwilliam College Cambridge and at Ridley Hall Cambridge.
