FDR Chancellor makes a diplomatic visit to the DDR

Willy Brandt, the first chancellor of the FRG, arrives in East Berlin, welcomed by enthusiastic East Germans. The GDR seems to slowly be losing control over its people and this first German-German summit is the beginning of closer diplomatic relations between the two states.
