Education and History[edit]
Aly Kaes was born in 1955 in Diekirch. He is secretary of the trade union LCGB, as well as president of the Trade Union "SIDEN", Intercommunal Trade Union for the Clean-up of Waters, since 2006 (he has been before vice-president). He's the president of the forum for employment.
