Laurent Mosar was born in Luxembourg in 1958. He got his bachelor and his master's degree from the Sorbonne University in Paris. He finished his studies in 1982, where he obtained another master's degree in political sciences with the specialization in international relations.
History[edit]
Professionaly speaking, he is registered as a barrister. He started his political engagement in 1979, when he became a member of the Christian Social People's Party.
