Andrej Lepavcov
Andrej Lepavcov was born on October 5th, 1972 in Skopje, Republic of Macedonia. He is the Ambassador and Head of Mission of the Republic of Madedonia to the European Union.
Political Career
From 2003-2004, Lepavcov served as the spokesman and adviser to the late President of the Republic of Macedonia, Boris Trajkovski. Following that, he worked as Foreign Policy Adviser from 2007-2011. In the meanwhile, he assumed the position of assistant professor at the Faculty of technical and natural sciences. In November 2011, he became the Ambassador and Head of Mission of the Republic of Macedonia to the European Union.
Education
In 1998, Andrej Lepavcov graduatead from University "St Kiril and Medodij" in Skopje with a degree in civil engineering. He then completed his PhD studies in 2006 at the University of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geodesy in Sofia, Bulgaria receiving a doctor of technical sciences.

Lepavcov is the author of more than 15 scientific articles and publications from a number of academic fields.
