Andrei Giro is the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus in the Federal Republic of Germany. He is originally from Minsk.
Education[edit]
He graduated from the Faculty of interpretation of the Minsk State Pedagogical Institute for Foreign Languages. He specialised in "German and English" (1991) and then at the Institute for Public Service at the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Belarus, he specialised in "Foreign Policy and Diplomacy" (2003).
