Bentley Brown
Bentley Brown is an American writer, filmmaker, linguist, and political analyst. He grew up in the United States and Chad and has worked as an elections and operations specialist in Egypt, Lebanon, Libya, South Sudan, Sudan, and Tunisia.
Biography[edit]
From June to July 2012, Brown worked as a Logistics Coordinator, The Carter Center as a representative to Libyan governmental ministries handling observer entry and accreditation. In this position he supervised travel for the Carter Center's 2012 election observation mission in post-revolutionary Libya and was an advisor on cultural and linguistic preparations for all Carter Center election observers.
In addition to his career in filmmaking and arts, Brown has been involved with research and teaching in the areas of Arabic and film, and more recently as a Documentary Filmmaking Instructor at Georgetown University until May 2014.

Bentley Brown studied International Studies at the Emory University Minor in Arabic Literature and went on to do an M.A. in Communication, Culture and Technology at Georgetown University.
