Gaetano Quagliariello was born in Napoli on 23rd of April 1960. He is both a politician and a teacher, Minister for Constitutional reforms in the government Letta.

Education[edit]

After he graduated in political science at the University of Bari, he started his career as a history teacher especially politcal partiy’s history at the University of Roma.

Political career[edit]

Confirmed in the Senate in 2008, is a member of the Judiciary Committee and Deputy Chairman of the Senate of the People of Freedom. In 2013 he was appointed by the President of the Republic Giorgio Napolitano, a member of the Committee on Institutional Reform. He is president and founder of the Magna Carta Foundation since 2003, “A place of training and research in the liberal deployed without submissiveness cultural and prudence with the center-right.” A long-time collaborator of several newspapers – including the Daily, Free, The Gazette and The Reform – held today a column in the online magazine the West, which is one of the founders.
