Born in Avilés (Asturias, Spain) the 11th of April of 1945.

Political Career

Enrique Álvarez Sostres is a spanish politician of the FORO of Citizens, a regional Party of Asturias. His political agrupation belongs to the Mix Commission of the Spanish Parliament. He obtained his first chair as deputy in the last general country elections (2011). He holds the position of spokesman in differents commissions of the Parliament such as the Sport and Education Commission or the Commission for the Development of the International Cooperation. Before his parliamentary activity he was working and involved in the People's Party of Asturias

Education

Enrique Álvarez Sostres has a degree in History and Geography for the University of Salamanca. He has a big trajectory in the field of education in his region.
