Leopoldo Barreda de los Rios
Leopoldo Barreda de los Rios is a Spanish politician, member of the People's Party. He was born in Bilbao on May 15th, 1960.
Political Career
Leopoldo Barreda de los Rios was a deputy at the Basque Parlament between 1990 and 2011. He was also the President of the Bizkaia People's Party, he held that position between 1990 and 2004. He was elected deputy in the General Elections that took place on 2011. He still holds this position in Congress nowadays.
Education
Leopoldo Barreda de los Rios graduated in Law by the University of Deusto and became a lawyer.
