José Enrique Serrano MartÃnez
José Enrique Serrano Martínez (born 25 July 1949) is a Spanish Politician
Political career
José Enrique Serrano Martínez has been an MP for the Spanish Socialist Workers' Party (PSOE), from Madrid, for one term, since 2011. Previously, he was Director of the Prime Minister's Cabinet (from 1995 to 1996 and from 2004 to 2011). Moreover, he was General Director of the Board of the Ministry of Defense from 1987 to 1991; and Vice-President of the Government from 1991 until 1995.
Education
Serrano Martínez has a BA in Law and he is professor at the Universidad Complutense.
