Arif Havas Oegroseno is Ambassador of the Republic of Indonesia to Belgium, Head of Mission to the European Union and designated Ambassador to the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg since 2010. From 2008 until 2010 he was Director-General for Legal Affairs and International Treaties, preceded by the position of Director for International Treaties on Political, Security and Territorial Affairs from 2002 to 2008. In 1999 he reopened the Indonesian Embassy in Portugal which was suspended since 1975 and in the following years became the Media Relations Officer at the same embassy.
