Bartłomiej Bodio

Bartłomiej Bodio – (born on 24th August 1972 in Kędzierzyn Koźle, Poland) is a Polish entrepreneur and a Member of Parliament (VII term).

Political Career

In June 2011 he joined Ruch Palikota (Palikot's Movement). In the parliamentary elections in 2011 he obtained a parliamentary mandate. In 2012, he became the chairman of the Parliamentary Committee of Cluster Policy. In April 2013 he resigned from Ruch Palikota and became a non-attached member. In June 2013 along with other former Members of the Ruch Palikota party including Arthur Bramora and Halina Szymiec-Raczyńska, Bartłomiej Bodio founded the parliamentary party “Initiative Dialogue”. Bodio became its chairman. The club was dissolved in December 2013.

Education

He graduated from the Faculty of Economics at the National Academy of Economics in Wroclaw in 1996 and completed his doctoral studies at the College of Management and Finance School of Economics in Warsaw in 2009. He was president of the board of LCS International Airport Pyrzowice and also took the position of chairman of the board in four commercial companies (including "Ozon Group").
