Åsa Coenraads was born on the 6th of April 1978 in Sweden. She is a member of the Swedish parliament representing the Moderate Party.

Political Career

Åsa Coenraads started her political career when it was elections to the European Union in 1994. She started in MUF, which is the Moderate Party’s Young League. In 2003-2005 she was the District Chairman of MUF in Västmanland. Åsa Coenraads was a political secretary for the Moderate Party in the European Parliament in 2003. In 2004 she was elected a member in the board of MUF on national level. She was elected member of parliament in 2010. She has since 2010 been a member of the Committe on Environment and Agriculture.

Education

Åsa Coenraads studied Political Science and Social Science at the Univeristy of Kristianstad and at the University of Mälardalen.
