Željko Sabo was born on 21 April 1954 in Vukovar, Croatia. He is a member of the Social Democratic Party of Croatia (SDP; Croatian: Socijaldemokratska partija Hrvatske) and has been a member of the Croatian Parliament (Hrvatski sabor) during its seventh term.

Political Career[edit]

Sabo's term of office began on 22 December 2011. He is a deputy chairperson of the War Veterans Committee and a member of the Local and Regional Self-government Committee.

Education[edit]

Sabo completed two-year post secondary school education - Theologist.
