Airola, Alberto
Alberto Airola is a member of the Senate of the Italian Republic (XVII legislation). He was elected for the first time in June 2013 with the Party Gruppo Movimento 5 Stelle.
Biography[edit]
Airola was born in Moncalieri (Turin) on 13 May 1970 and he attended the Scientific High School "Albert Einstein" in Turin, where he took his certificate in 1989. He graduated in Liberal Arts at the University of Turin and then he worked as a camera operator for different national and international stations. In 1991 he worked for Zenit Arti Audiovisive scrl foundation, then as an editor, video operator, cinematographer and cameraman. He contributed to realize independent movies, documentaries, reportage, institutional movies, short films, fictions, commercials, movies 35-16/HD. He also has been photography director of the documentary "No TAV, gli indiani di valle di Adonella Marena"
Political Career[edit]
Airola collaborated with the movement No TAV since 2005 and he joined the Movimento 5 Stelle in 2013. In the same year he was elected as a senator of the Italian Republic in the district of Piedmont with the 5 Stelle Party.
