Andrzej Sztorc

Andrzej Sztorc - (born on 9th August 1953 in Wola Rzędzińska, Poland) is a Polish politician, an official of local government and a Member of Parliament since 2007 (VI and VII cadency). He is a Vice-President of the Provincial Board of Polskie Stronnictwo Ludowe (the Polish Peasant Party) in Kraków and a chairman of the Board of the District PSL in Tarnów.

Political Career[edit]

He was a member of Solidarność (Solidarity). Sztorc also held managerial positions in the regional structures of Polskie Stronnictwo Ludowe (the Polish Peasant Party). Between 2002-2010 he was member of the regional council of Lower Poland and since 2006, acted as its chairman. After the death of Wiesław Woda in 10th April 2010 in the crash of the Polish Tu-154 in Smolensk he became eligible to take the mandate after him. In 5th May 2010 he accepted the sworn deputies as a Member of Parliament. He was reelected in 2011.

Education[edit]

He graduated from the Technical School. He professionally dealt with agriculture.
