Carlos António Páscoa Gonçalves was born on February 9th, 1952. He currently works as a business consultant.
Political Career[edit]
Carlos Páscoa Gonçavels is in his third mandate as a deputy at the National Parliament for the PSD political force, since starting his activity on the 10th legislature (2005-03-10). He is currently a member of the Foreign Affairs and Portuguese Communities parliamentary committees.
