Christos Mantas
Christos Mantas was born in Ioannina in 1957.He is a Greek politician and psychiatrist.
Political Career
Politically active in the left wing since 1974 as a member of KNE( communist youth of Greece) and KKE ( communist party of Greece) and later a member of SYNASPISMOS since its day of establishment. He was the president of the Union of Hospital Doctors of Epirus, member of the council of the Prefecture of Ioannina, during its former period and currently a member of the City Council of Ioannina. He is also active in social solidarity initiatives
Education Career
He got Degree in Medicine from the Aristotelian University of Thessaloniki, medical specialty in Psychiatry. Moreover he achieved to get a PhD from the Medical School of the University of Ioannina.
