David Kadner was born on October 12, 1976. He is a Czech politician, from May 2010 to August 2013 a deputy for Usvit Party, still member of VV Party. He was elected a Deputy in the Parliament of the Czech Republic in the 2010 elections in the Usti Region.

Education[edit]

He graduated from the Secondary Vocational School for Construction.

Political career[edit]

In 2002-2006 he served as a councilor of the municipality of Nova Ves v Horach. The next four years he was a member of the Audit Committee of the municipal council. He is a member of the VV party. In 2010 he was elected Member of Parliament, where he was, among other the Vice Chairman of the Security Committee. In 2013 he retained the mandate on the ballot of Usvit party. That same year he was again elected to the Assembly in the municipality of Nova Ves v Horach and became Deputy Mayor, and two years later he was elected Municipal Mayor.
