Dimitrios Androulakis was born in Agios Nikolaos , Lasithi in 1951.He is a Greek politician and journalist.

Political Career

Elected with Coalition of the Left in the elections of 1989 (June to November) and re-elected an MP with PASOK in the 2004 elections and 2007 elections. He was reelected in 2012 with PASOK which he left and removed. Since then, he is independent MP.

Education Career

Studied at the Department of Topography of the National Technical University of Athens. He speaks English.

Notable Work

He took part in the resistance against the dictatorship and was persecuted by the junta. He was a member of the Steering Committee of the Polytechnic in November 1973 and a leading member of the Left more than 20 years.
