Hrvoje Nekić was born on 3 March 1978 in Našice, Croatia. He is a member of the Social Democratic Party of Croatia (SDP; Croatian: Socijaldemokratska partija Hrvatske) and has been a member of the Croatian Parliament during its seventh term.

Political Career[edit]

Nekić's term of office began on 5 July 2013 as a substitute for Biljana Borzan. He is a member of the Finance and Central Budget Committee and a member of the Labour, Retirement System and Social Partnership Committee.

Education[edit]

Nekić graduated from the Faculty of Economics in Osijek, Croatia.
