Jan Warzecha – (born on 21st April 1959 in Jodłowa, Poland) is a Polish politician, entrepreneur, official of the local government and a Member of Parliament (VI and VII term).

Political Career[edit]

In November 2007 he was secretary of the City of Dębica, and in February 2009 was the deputy mayor of Dębica borough.

He unsuccessfully ran in the 2007 election to Parliament in the district of Rzeszów from a list of the Law and Justice (Prawo i Sprawiedliwość). However, after the death of Grażyna Gęsicka in the crash of the Polish Tu-154 in Smolensk he became eligible to take a mandate after her and became a Member of Parliament in 2010. In the 2011 elections he won a parliamentary seat.

Education[edit]

He graduated from the Faculty of Economics of Production and Marketing of Agricultural from the University of Agriculture in Kraków.
