Jana Laššáková was born on 22nd of May 1952 in Plavnica. She has become a member of the Slovak National Council as a member of Smer-SD. She is a member of the Committee on Human Rights and Minorities.

Political Career[edit]

Jana Laššáková started her political career in 2002 when she became a member of the Slovak National Council for the first time. She was reelected in 2006, 2010 and again in 2012.

Education[edit]

Jana Laššáková studied on the Faculty of Law at Univerzita Komenského in Bratislava.
