Jozef Mikloško

Jozef Mikloško was born on the 31st of March 1939. He is a member of the Slovak National Council representing the KDH. He is a member of the Committee on Human Rights and Minorities and a substitute member of the Committee on European Affairs.

Political Career[edit]

Jozef Mikloško started his political career in 1989 when he became vice-chairman of the Council of KDH for Foreign Relations. In 1993, he became a presidential counselor to the Office of the President of the Slovak Republic. Between the years 1994-2000, Mikloško was a member of the city council of Bratislava-Petržalka. From 1995 up until the year 2000, he was the ambassador of the Slovak Republic to Italy, San Marino and Malta.

Education[edit]

Jozef Mikloško studied pedagogy of mathematics and chemistry in Vysoká škola pedagogická in Bratislava. He graduated in 1960. Between the years 1965-1968 Mikloško studied numerical mathematics.
