Juan Carlos Lagares Flores was born in Huelva on July 8, 1959. He is currently a member of the Spanish Congress within the People’s Party of Spain (PP).

Political Career[edit]

Flores was a Councilor in La Palma del Condado and Mayor of La Palma del Condado before being elected to the Spanish Congress. From 2000-08, Flores served as a Spanish Senator. Presently, he is a deputy in the IX and X present in the legislature for the province of Huelva.

Education[edit]

Flores obtained a Law degree from the University of Sevilla.
