Benito Antonio Mantovani was born in Larnaka in 1936. He is a Latin/Cypriot politician and shipping agent.

Political Career[edit]

He was Representative of the Latin religious group since 1991, Honorary Consul of Italy in Cyprus for the period 1967-2004 and Founding member and Vice-chairman of the Cyprus-Trieste Chamber of Commerce until 2006.

Education Career[edit]

He studied General Business Administration at Indiana University, United States of America and studies in Italian Literature at University of Trieste, Italy. He speaks English and Italian.
