Miha Kordiš (born March 6, 1989) is a member of the National Assembly of the Republic of Slovenia and a member of the initiative for democratic socialism (Slovenian: Iniciativa za demokratični socializem).

Political Career[edit]

He was elected to the Slovenian National Assembly in 2014 on the list of the United left (Slovenian: Združena levica).

Education[edit]

Kordiš is currently still studying philosophy and comparative literature and literary theory at the Faculty of Arts in Ljubljana.

Further Information[edit]

He has been an active member of various student organizations; among others, he was a student representative of the Department of Philosophy in the Student Council of Faculty of Arts at University of Ljubljana, a student representative in the Senate of Faculty of Arts of University of Ljubljana. In 2014, he was working on communication and social movements at the Embassy of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela.
