Mile Horvat was born on 16 May 1959 at Kneževi Vinogradi, Croatia. He is a member of the Independent Democratic Serbian Party (SDSS; Croatian: Samostalna demokratska srpska stranka) and has been a member of the Croatian Parliament during its seventh term.

Political Career[edit]

Horvat’s term of office began on 1 October 2012 as Jovo Vuković's substitute. He is a member of the Physical Planning and Construction Committee, a member of the National Council for Water, and a chairperson of the Deputy Club of the Independent Democratic Serbian Party.

Education[edit]

Horvat graduated from the Faculty of Law in Osijek, Croatia.
