Ricardo Tarno Blanco
Ricardo Tarno Blanco (born 20 May 1966) is a Spanish Politician.
Political Career
Tarno Blanco has been an MP for the Spanish People’s Party (PP) from Sevilla, Andalusia, for two terms, since 2004. Moreover, he was councillor in Sevilla (1995-2003 and 1996-2005). He used to be General Director of the Institute of Youth (1996-1998). Furthermore, Tarno Blanco was a parliamentarian in Andalucia from 2000 until 2008.
