The Global Peace Foundation (GPF) is an international non-profit organization founded in 2007 by Dr. Hyun Jin Moon, which is focused on the promotion of world peace and cooperation. The GPF promotes a value-based approach to peacebuilding guided by the belief that all people, regardless of race, nationality, religion or culture are members of "One Family under God". The foundation is particularly active in the areas of cooperation amongst faiths, strengthening families and communities, and promoting a culture of service. The power of the people of faith is believed to be essential in order to create a just and peaceful world. This is why the GPF encourages people of different faiths to step beyond traditional boundaries and seeks common principles, values and collaboration with the shared responsibility to promote ethical societies around the world.
