Vladimír Faič

Vladimír Faič is a member of the National Council of Slovakia. He was born on 15th July 1948. Faič stood for a seat of SMER-SD in Prašice.

Political career[edit]

From 1998 to 2002 he was a member of the National Council of the Slovak Republic for the political party Democratic Left, member of the Deputy Chairman of the Parliamentary Committee for Public Administration and of the Parliamentary Committee for Overseeing the SIS. From 2006 - 2010 Faič was the Member of Parliament by the political party SMER-SD, and a member Deputy Parliamentary Group and Vice Chairman of the Parliamentary Committee for Public Administration and Regional Development. Since 2010, he has been a member of parliament for the party SMER-SD and the verifier of the Parliamentary Committee for Public Administration and Regional Development. He is also a member of the Committee on Public Administration and Regional Development and vice-chairman of Klub SMER-SD.

Education[edit]

He graduated from the University of Politics in Bratislava and owns the title RSDr.
