Cipriá Císcar Casabán

Cipriá Císcar Casabán is a Spanish politician and member of the Spanish Socialist Worker's Party (PSOE). He was born in Picaya (Valencia) on December 22th, 1946.

Political Career

Cipriá Císcar Casabán served as federal secretary of the PSOE from 1994 to 2000. He had also served as Culture and Education consultant to the Valencian regional administration from 1981 to 1989. He was elected deputy at the regional assembly, the Corts Valencianes, from 1983 to 1989. He then joined the national Congress, as a deputy representing Valencia Province in 1989 and still holds this position nowadays.

Cipriá Císcar Casabán graduated in Law.
