José Enrique Férnandez de Moya
José Enrique Férnandez de Moya was born in Jaén on April 17, 1969. He is currently a member of the Spanish Senate within the People’s Party (PP).
Political Career[edit]
Moya joined the PP in 1991, as Provincial President of New Generation in 1994 and 1995. The following year, in 1996, he was elected Secretary General of the PP in the province of Jaén and he was President of the PP of Jaén in 2000. Since 2002 he is Deputy Secretary General of the PP in the Research Programs. He has been an Andalusian parliamentarian. Since 2011 he has been a Senator for the province of Jaén.
Education[edit]
He is a professor of Financial Law at the University of Jaén.
