María Elena Nevado del Campo

María Elena Nevado del Campo is a Spanish politician and member of the People’s Party. She was born in Caceres on January 26th, 1967. She is currently serving as a Senator at the Senate of Spain after being elected by Caceres in the 2011 general elections.

Political Career[edit]

María Elena Nevado del Campo’s political career has been mainly focused on local politics. From 2007 to 2011, she served as a councillor at Caceres city council. In 2011 she was elected as Caceres’ city mayor, a position that she still holds today. Since September 2012, she has been the Vice-president of the People’s Party in Cáceres.

Education[edit]

María Elena Nevado del Campo graduated in Law. She has been working as a lawyer since 1992. She also holds a Masters’ degree in Legal Advice.
