Marina Moya Moreno

Marina Moya Moreno, born in San Lorenzo on the 19th July 1955, is a Spanish senator for the constituency of Cuenca (Castilla-La Mancha) for the 10th term. She is a member of the People’s Party (PP).

Political Career[edit]

Marina Moya Moreno was elected as senator for the first time in the 9th term. During the current term, she is the acting spokesman of the Agriculture, Fisheries and Food Commission and member of the climate change and environment commission. Before becoming a senator he was also mayor of San Lorenzo de la Parrilla (Cuenca) for four terms: from 1983 to 1999. Marina Moya Moreno was also a regional deputy in the Parliament of Castilla-La Mancha for three terms and President of the Provincial Council of Cuenca (1995-1999).

Education[edit]

Marina Moya Moreno holds a diploma as teacher for elementary schools, specialized in philology. She was also a librarian and agent of local development.
