Sofía Hernanz Costa

Sofía Hernanz Costa, born in Ibiza on the 21st June of 1970, is a Spanish national deputy elected for the constituency of Baleares Islands in the 10th term. She is a member of Socialist Worker’s Party (PSOE).

Political Career[edit]

Sofía Hernanz Costa was elected as national deputy for the first time in the current term. She is acting as member of different commissions such as the Sport and Education Commission, the Commission of Equality or the Commission of Culture. Before becoming a national deputy Sofía Hernanz was insular councillor of Ibiza and Formentera and also regional deputy in the Parliament of the Baleares Islands. During the term of 2008-2011 she was also Insular Director A.G.E for Ibiza and Formentera.

Education[edit]

Sofía Hernanz Costa holds a degree in Law and worked as lawyer for the City Council of Ibiza.
