Dominique Bailly was born on the 2nd of January in 1960. He is a member of the Senate of France. Before his election as Senator he has been regional Councelor for Nord-Pas-de-Calais.
Political Career
He's in office since 2011 and represents the costituency of Nord, a department in the region Nord-pas-de-Calais. He's a member of the Socialist Party, inside the Socialist Groupe of Senate.
