Dominique Bailly
Dominique Bailly was born on the 2nd January 1960. He is a member of the Senate of France. Before his election as Senator, he was Regional Councillor for Nord-Pas-de-Calais.

He has been in office since 2011 and represents the constituency of Nord. He is a member of the Socialist Party.
Dominique Bailly is a member of the Commission on Culture, Education and Communication, member of the Commission on European Affairs, and member of the Study Board on Popular Education and Culture and Sport.

Dominique Bailly is Vice-President of the Common Mission of Information as part of the new Strategy for the EU in Internet Governance.
