Jozef Mikloško was born on 31st of March 1939. He has become a member of the Slovak National Council as a member of KDH. He is a member of the Committee on Human Rights and Minorities and substitute member of the Committee on European Affairs.

Political Career

Jozef Mikloško started his political career in 1989 when he became a vice-chairman of Council of KDH for Foreign Relations. In 1993, he became a presidential counselor in the Office of President of the Slovak Republic. Between years 1994-2000, Mikloško was a member of city council of Bratislava-Petržalka. Since 1995 until 2000, he was the ambassador of the Slovak Republic to Italy, San Marino and Malta.

Education

Jozef Mikloško studied pedagogy of mathematics and chemistry in Vysoká škola pedagogická in Bratislava. He graduated in 1960. Between years 1965-1968 Mikloško studied numerical mathematic.
