Bojan Podkrajšek
Bojan Podkrajšek (born January 8, 1968) is a member of the National Assembly of the Republic of Slovenia and a member of the Slovenian Democratic Party (Slovenian: Slovenska demokratska stranka, also known by the acronym SDS).
Political Career[edit]
In 1999, he first ran for president of the Local Community Špitalič. He led it for three terms until 2010. He was municipal councilor from 2002 till 2014. During his second term, he was appointed Deputy Mayor of the Municipality of Slovenske Konjice, a function he performed until 2014. In 2013, Podkrajšek was the Vice-President of the SDS.
He actively participated in the Slovenian Independence war.
Education[edit]
He successfully completed the Metalwork Secondary School in Zreče.
