Carlos Manuel dos Santos Batista da Silva was born on October the 7th, 1964.
Political Career[edit]
This is Carlos Santos Silva’s first mandate as a deputy at the National Parliament for the PSD political force, since he started his activity inn the 12th legislature (20.06.2011). He is currently a member of several parliamentary committees (Budget, Finance and Public Administration; Environment, Regional Planning and Local Governance).

Carlos Santos Silva has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
